Well, after my rant last week… I took a more serious look at my natural tendencies when I am not concentrating on a diet. (Trust me I know its a lifestyle change but until its a habit its a diet for us who struggle in this area) So what I noticed is even if I am reaching for something healthy it always seems to have sugar and/or carbs… my fave snack is yogurt… have you looked at the sugar and carbs in your yogurt lately… (yikes!)
You know the warning “you must consult a physician before starting this diet”? Well I decided to play by the rules and give that a shot. A awesome Dr. was at one of my Moneywise Shopper coupon classes this past November so I have contacted her and am hoping to hear back from her and get in to see her soon just to check on everything inside me and see if anything is hampering my journey other than just me, myself, and I.
This week I stayed the same… which is a good thing considering I had the forbidden fruit which in my case is SUGAR. We are in the works of a Meal Plan Monday post that will hopefully be a great plan for better eating plan. I also have a great membership to the YMCA I need to start taking advantage of more often.
