I posted these last summer and it was a popular post!  I thought with peaches at the height of their harvest you might like to know how I make Brown Sugar Rum Peach Preserves!  I give a jar of this delight to friends and family as gifts throughout the year.  My Daddy eats them straight out of the jar!
